It is marked on the side 1/6 Gill which is equivalent to 23.7ml. The cane is 36.5 inches (92.8 cm) long. The piece is 275 grams.

The wooden cane is in good condition, I would say it is ever so slightly bowed and the metal tip is at a slight angle. The finish to the wood is a little worn and there are a number of minor dings.
